Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using any feature of JeetoBharat (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator.

2. What JeetoBharat does

JeetoBharat is a UPSC Civil Services Mains preparation platform. It offers two core services:

• AI-powered answer evaluation — you write an answer to a previous-year Mains question; an AI model reads it and returns structured feedback covering content coverage, presentation, language, and areas for improvement.
• AI-curated current affairs — daily news articles selected and summarised by an AI model, tagged to the GS and optional-subject papers of the UPSC Mains syllabus.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

5. Free evaluations and credits

• JeetoBharat operates on a credit system where 1 evaluation costs 10 credits.
• We currently offer one free evaluation (10 complimentary credits) to new users.
• To claim the free evaluation, you must verify a valid Indian mobile number via OTP.
• The free evaluation limit is strictly one per phone number per lifetime. Free credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be stacked by creating multiple accounts.
• Paid credit purchases and subscriptions will be introduced in late 2026.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate requests to the Service.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute misleading content about UPSC examinations.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated feedback without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The JeetoBharat brand, website, app design, and original content are owned by the operator. UPSC questions reproduced on the platform are in the public domain as government documents.

You retain ownership of the answers you write. By submitting an answer, you grant the operator a limited licence to process it through the AI evaluation pipeline and store the result for your access.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated evaluation feedback. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Unused purchased credits at the time of termination are non-refundable unless termination was caused by our breach.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
