The Andhra Pradesh government’s recent decision to sanction ₹4.40 crore for the establishment of the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar AP Study Circle in Ongole marks a significant step toward democratizing access to competitive examinations. By providing free coaching, hostel accommodation, and food, the state is addressing the structural barriers that often prevent students from marginalized and economically weaker sections from pursuing careers in the civil services and other competitive sectors.
