Revamped 52nd APPPA Inaugurated: Modernizing Civil Services Training for Future Governance

Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh inaugurated the revamped 52nd Advanced Professional Programme in Public Administration (APPPA) at the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA). This premier ten-month program, designed for senior civil servants and defense officers, has undergone a significant structural and pedagogical overhaul to align with the demands of 21st-century governance. During the inauguration, the Minister emphasized that the civil services must transition from a rule-based regime to a role-based one, in line with the vision of 'Mission Karmayogi'.
