At the heart of DILRMP 3.0 is the Unique Land Parcel Identification Number (ULPIN), also known as 'Bhu-Aadhaar'. By assigning a unique 14-digit alphanumeric code to every land parcel, the government aims to eliminate the ambiguity that has historically plagued land records. This system is designed to bridge the gap between textual records and spatial data, ensuring that land ownership is verifiable, immutable, and easily accessible.
